My Approach to Helping
Change can be difficult, and may feel impossible when life is stressful. Therapy might feel like just another thing to do. It doesn’t have to be that way. The right therapy offers insight into your past, helps clarify your thoughts, improves your thinking about your current challenges, and can help you create a plan to tackle the challenges of daily life. I’ve helped many people make lasting changes that improve their relationships, mood, and overall functioning.
