Fees: I offer a free initial consultation where we discuss fees. We find a fee that will enable you to come regularly.

If you have out-of-network coverage with your health insurance, you should be partially reimbursed for our sessions. Please check with your insurance carrier. I will give you printed claims ready for you to submit directly to your carrier.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
Like any relationship, the chemistry with a therapists varies widely. This time, listen to your instincts as you interview. Is your body relaxed or tense? Are you being understood, or are your issues being melded to another agenda? Are you asked for your feedback, and do you feel safe enough to hurt their feelings? (I love to be criticized because it means we are moving forward.)
In my experience, the right fit clicks in just a few sessions. I sense who I can help, and who to refer on to different setting. I love experiencing the healing and movement as you recover and grow.
