I work with families, individuals, and couples to improve their relationships. Whether you wish to reconnect with a partner, recover from infidelity, manage a loss, or amicably end your relationship. I can guide you to resolve the issues that brought you to therapy, while offering insight into other areas of your life. To learn more and to explore how you might benefit from therapy, please visit my website.
I use a range of clinically proven techniques. With couples, I use the Gottman Method, which helps me thoroughly assess the relationship, identify problems, and map out a treatment plan.
I aim to be flexible, working to accommodate my clients' needs by offering evening and weekend appointments, as well as home appointments for clients who cannot travel to my office. I also allow clients to book appointments online through my practice website.
Though I offer therapy in a variety of forms including individual, couple, and family; all of my work has a common theme of improving interpersonal relationships. I believe that as social beings, we are always confronted with interpersonal interactions, which can sometimes become distressing.

More Info About My Practice
Manhattan Relationship Counseling and Psychotherapy is a privately owned group practice located in the heart of the Financial District of New York City. Founded on the fundamental idea that interpersonal relationships permeate all facets of our lives, including mental health issues; this practice facilitates the treatment of both relationally-based issues as well as clinical mental health concerns.
Marriage and Family Therapy is a large area of focus and represents a large portion of the clients seen at Manhattan Relationship Counseling and Psychotherapy, but this extends far beyond the setting of couples and families. We also treat individuals who find themselves having difficulties in interpersonal relationships. This often includes difficulties in dating, and relationships with friends, family members, or coworkers.
Psychotherapy for Mental Health Concerns
In addition to purely relationally-based issues Manhattan Relationship Counseling and Psychotherapy also treats mental health concerns using a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Our clinicians are highly skilled in treating an array of issues including (but not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, Traumatic events and PTSD, Substance abuse and other addictive behaviors, Bereavement and loss, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), Conduct and Oppositional Disorder, and other childhood-related disorder.
Marriage and Family Therapy
This practice specializes in treating issues from the context of couples therapy. We treat not only traditionally married couples, but also couples who are dating, cohabitating, or interested in premarital counseling. Many clinicians have specialized training in treating unique populations such as LGBT couples and military couples.
Family therapy is offered by our clinicians who are specially licensed to practice marriage and family therapy. We treat not only traditional families, but also blended, LGBT, and military families. In an effort to provide holistic and flexible treatment options, we also offer in-home family therapy to those who are unable to come to an office, or have childcare needs that would make in-home therapy a more feasible option.
