My Approach to Helping

Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth?

I give my clients a safe space to release the thoughts and emotions they have been holding in, process their trauma, and begin to understand how their past experiences have shaped their life. My hope is that my clients who come into our sessions carrying burdens or stress are able to leave with a sense of peace and reflection.

I advocate for equality and justice efforts for people of color in the health, economic, housing, and structural levels of everyday life. I personally connect with, and advocate for, Black Lives Matter movements and am passionate about creating a world where people of all backgrounds can live safely. I am also passionate about my faith and attend church and church related activities on a regular basis.

    I work with individuals who are emerging adulthood and adults who are struggling with life transitions and understanding their place in the world. My clients are typically struggling with anxiety, adjustment, depression, and stress due to work andor relationships. I also enjoy helping individuals work through childhood or adult related trauma by giving them the tools to develop healthy coping mechanisms and assist them in understanding and accepting how this has shaped their lives.
