What's My Approach to Therapy?
Making changes in our lives takes great courage and strength. In reading this, you have already taken your first step! I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, particularly those who have experienced trauma or stressful life events. I incorporate an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities to ensure care is tailored to best fit your needs, with approaches that may include trauma systems therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Sessions are balanced with a mix of skills building, psychoeducation, and talk therapy, depending on your goals and interests.
