What's My Approach to Therapy?
Through a twenty-year career in the performing arts, several years spent living and working abroad, and the transformational journey of starting a family, I have come to believe that people are in many ways defined by how they show up and participate in their everyday relationships. Therapy is a chance to pause and unpack one’s past and present life experiences in a safe, reliable setting. While doing that, we will also uncover how you can move into a more fulfilling experience of your day-to-day life by cultivating more honest, courageous patterns in relationships that matter to you. My approach is based in psychodynamic, analytic, relational, and interpersonal foundations.
