I’m Francesca Emma, LMHC, a licensed mental health therapist with over 14 years of experience specializing in women’s mental health, anxiety, body image, and eating conditions. My approach is warm, engaging, and personalized, helping you break free from the thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you.

Francesca has been providing outpatient therapy since 2009, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, expertise, and a collaborative approach. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and her master’s from the Derner Institute of Psychology at Adelphi University.

With a specialization in eating issues, anxiety, and depression, Francesca tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities. She believes in a team-based approach, working closely with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Beyond individual therapy, Francesca is passionate about mental health education and professional development within the community. She is committed to reducing stigma, raising awareness, and equipping future generations with the tools to support mental well-being.

Her practice offers associates with a wide range of skills and fees to make therapy accessible for all.
