My Approach to Helping
Do you ever feel you have lost your voice and just want to be heard? That is where I come in. Hi, I’m Audrey and I am so proud of you for seeking a therapist in your time of need. Together, we will work to identify and process what may be holding you back from living your best life. I provide individual therapy which is collaborative, compassionate, and uniquely designed for you. Our sessions will be held in a safe environment and I will sit and walk with you through your journey.
As a therapist, I use a client-centered and strength-based approach, meaning our sessions are driven based on what your goals for therapy are. I also utilize evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and schema-focused therapy. This means we will look at views formed as a child that determine why we act the way we do today.
I look forward to meeting you and to the growth and potential of our work together.
