I offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I help people discover their own wisdom and create the joyful relationships that they desire. A key aspect of my work with clients is in uncovering the true nature of a conflict pattern within oneself or in a relationship. Emotional needs and belief systems often underlie our interactions with close others. Understanding these sometimes hidden meanings and making concrete changes in our life leads to relief, a sense of freedom and finally, hope for a happier future.

More Info About My Practice

I work with couples experiencing conflict from daily differences, life transitions or traumatic stressors. I support parents & children in creating closer relationships, and I help individuals find the balance in cultural expectations, personal desires and goals. My experience includes supporting people with emotion regulation, sensory and attention problems, social skills challenges, and learning differences.

As a person in her middle years who has lived in many cultures, life has taught me that deep comfort comes from feeling understood & accepted. From there, all things are possible. I welcome you to schedule a free phone consultation (15 minutes).
