More Info About My Practice

I am inspired by the healing and successful endeavors that my clients achieve. I work with couples experiencing conflict from daily differences, life transitions, traumatic stressors, and affair recovery. I support parents on the challenging journey of growing kind people, and I help individuals overcome the debilitating effects of anxiety, depression, and isolation. My experience also includes supporting people with emotion regulation, sensory and attention problems, social skills challenges, and learning differences.

As a person in her middle years, a parent & partner, and a meditation and yoga practitioner for 20+ years, life has taught me that renewal comes from deep comfort and self-acceptance. From there, all things are possible. I welcome you to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your situation.
