My Approach to Helping
I work from a Strengths-Based, Existential and Solution-Focused perspective. In plain English: we talk one human to another about what it's like to live in this ever-changing world. In those conversations, I help you rediscover your strengths, which are the tools you use to reach your goals.

Going it alone just isn't working. You want something you can’t seem to get on your own, and you’re ready to enlist some support. Maybe it’s time to try therapy.
You could use a little understanding. Wouldn’t you like more understanding about who you are and what you’re all about, why you feel the way you do and how you might be getting in your own way?
Some acceptance would be nice. Sure, there’s acceptance from others, but what about acceptance of life as it is? Acceptance of your role in your own story? Acceptance that you can’t make other people change? Acceptance of yourself?
Maybe even some skills. You’ve developed skills in some areas of your life. Why not skills to notice when something’s off inside, to ground yourself or to survive challenging situations?
You came here for change—for results. And therapy is a place of possibility—possibility of change, for the results you’re seeking. Maybe therapy is the answer you’re looking for. Of course, the only way to find out is if you try it.
