More Info About My Practice

As a Lifespan Integration (LI) instructor and therapist, I use LI every day with my clients and teach other therapists how to use this powerful process. I work with many people that have been impacted by trauma such as military personnel, first responders and health care providers frequently resolving issues very rapidly. I am dedicated to making therapy more widely available by shortening treatment times and targeting specific needs.

Accepting most major insurances: Regence, Premera, First Choice, Lifewise, Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Group Health Options.

Offering online scheduling for people with busy lives and complicated calendars.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I don't blame you! What is this therapy stuff all about anyways? Therapy has come a very long way since people laid on couches and were "analyzed" by stuffy people with clipboards and fountain pens. The media doesn't do the field any favors either by portraying therapy in ways that doesn't fit the reality. The fact is that many successful, imaginative and creative people utilize therapy all the time because it helps them become more effective and fulfilled. I will help you specify your goals and join you in coming up with a plan on how you can meet them.
