My Approach to Helping
I am warm, easy to talk to, attentive and insightful. My approach is holistic in nature, looking at how your mind, body and emotional self are reacting to what has happened to you. Most people say they have a reduction in symptoms and feel more hope after just a few sessions.
I will provide you with effective, evidence-based, fully licensed psychotherapy, individualized just for you. I offer tools for stress reduction, depression management, anxiety relief, relationships and trauma. I also provide therapy for highly sensitive people trying to navigate our extroverted competitive culture.
