My Approach to Helping
I believe that self-acceptance is the cornerstone to mental wellness. Peace does not come from the absence of stress and struggle, but in one's ability to be comfortable living within it. I offer an eclectic approach to mental health services grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. My approach is conversational, allowing you a safe, non-judgmental space to share your thoughts and motivations while still compassionately challenging your fixed behaviors and patterns.
