I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy. My experience and current research allow me to choose from a variety of effective methodologies, including psychodynamic, relational, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic approaches. You are the expert on yourself. No matter how much education or experience a therapist brings, I believe that each individual is unique.

People are constantly in a process of growing and learning, and they have an innate ability to find and implement creative solutions to help fix the difficulties life presents. My role isn't to tell you how to solve your problems, but to create a supportive environment that encourages you to engage in reflection and self-awareness. In doing so, you can gain new insights into your challenges and uncover new skills for dealing with life. People are unique; they're not diagnoses, and it's essential to me to solicit feedback from my clients so that we can arrive at the best solutions.

I offer long-term therapy to remedy challenging and long-standing issues, as well as brief therapy designed to address specific problems. No matter what type of therapy you seek, helping you address your challenges is a source of great satisfaction to me. I strive to help my clients achieve greater self-efficacy, and I want nothing more than for my clients to no longer need me.

Opening up and sharing your experiences with another person isn't easy. I know that fostering trust and safety is a process that takes time, and I respect that you'll share what you think is necessary and what you're comfortable with according to a timetable that's comfortable to you.

My goal is to meet and respect your needs and to provide a safe space that is open, compassionate, understanding, and free of judgment. I can help you experiment with new ways of relating, thinking, and being. I aim to help you feel comfortable giving me feedback about therapy and in communicating your needs. This process is essential for building trust, increasing your self-efficacy, and helping you gain control over your life and treatment. I embrace an approach that is collaborative, effective, and that is tailored to address your unique challenges.
