I use a collaborative approach with my clients by finding the right balance between supporting behavioral change to improve quality of life, while balancing self-acceptance and validation.
I use a wide range of evidence-based techniques that include Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR for trauma symptoms, hypnosis, and supportive coaching.

Over the past 25+ years, I have worked with a wide range of problems and symptoms. My approach is supportive with a strong cognitive-behavioral edge. I also have experience in psychological testing and evaluation.
At this time, I am offering tele-health sessions. I am always available to talk between sessions, if needed.
