I work with individuals who have issues with stress, dating, overeating, weight, fitness, organization, and addiction recovery. My service is short-term and goal -oriented--2-12 sessions and renewed as needed.
I'm a licensed social worker with 20+ years' experience in schools, the state children and family services, day treatment center, and mental health and wellness clinics. Currently, I offer lifestyle consulting, wellness and recovery coaching, and supportive counseling in a private practice.
I help people live healthier, happier, and wiser with who they are, where they are, what they have, and what they do.
You can create your own healthy lifestyle with simple, practical tips. I offer practical evidence-based suggestions , and clients try them daily to experience positive outcomes.
Good health is a good life. When we know better, we do and live better. Life is hopeful when you see it the following day. You can create the life you want with what you have and who you are, one step at a time. How? You have the right and power to examine the objective truth and do the work to the best of your ability.
Many of us learn from our mistakes and those of others. Then we work with what we have at hand and live better than our former life and that of our parents and grandparents.
