My Approach to Helping

Do you ever feel lonely even in a room full of people? Do you ever feel like you struggle to connect with others and truly be yourself? I work with people who are suffering from shame, loneliness, low self-esteem, and isolation andor those who may be healing from childhood trauma. I want you to know that you are not alone. I see and support you.

My approach is open, gentle, warm, and non-judgmental. I create a safe space for you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings, while feeling heard, seen, and fully accepted. I help people build on their own strengths and coping skills to foster healing and growth. I help people explore their full authentic self and find the courage to own and share that authentic self with others.

In the years that I've been doing this work, I've seen over and over again the healing power of insight and connection that is achieved through therapy. If you want to learn more about therapy or my practice, please feel free to send me a message! I can't wait to work with you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I love most about this work is seeing and supporting clients through some of their most difficult moments, and watching them come through the other side. I find that clients often have so many more strengths and are more resilient than they realized. The human capacity for growth, healing, and connection is amazing. To bear witness to that daily is truly a gift.
