What's My Approach to Therapy?
You might be feeling anxious, unfocused, or just not quite like yourself. Maybe your sleep is off, your mood feels low, or you’re going through a transition that’s left you feeling unsteady. Whatever brings you here, it probably hasn’t been easy to carry, and you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
I work with adults who are tired of pushing through and want something to change. My approach blends thoughtful, relational therapy with tools from brain health, behavioral medicine, and lifestyle psychology. We’ll look not just at what you’re feeling, but at how your mind and body are working together, things like your sleep, stress patterns, emotional habits, and the ways your nervous system is responding to what life’s asked of you.
Sessions are collaborative, warm, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic work, while taking a whole-person view of healing—so you can feel clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself again.
I offer both in-person therapy in New York City and virtual appointments across New York State. If any of this resonates, I’d be glad to connect.
