Through my own experience with mental health alongside my passion for helping others, I facilitate your self-discovery while treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions to increase your quality of life.
My goal is to support you during life's challenges by allowing you to feel seen and heard in an encouraging setting. Through the use of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), I assist you in promoting healing and achieving freedom in your mental health journey.
