My Approach to Helping
Finding the right therapist is crucial to having a successful therapy experience. I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy, and help my clients break out of negative thoughts and behaviours that may be leading to unhealthy patterns or hijacking their lives. I believe that with the right therapist, everyone has the potential to change. Whether you are struggling with anxiety and stress, experiencing panic attacks, feeling sad or restless, or just want to achieve more, I will provide you with the right tools and concrete feedback to lead a more enjoyable life.
My practice specializes in CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I firmly believe in personalized treatment tailored to your needs. In addition to myself, there are six other clinical psychologists in my practice with different specializations. During your intake with me, we will discuss which of our therapists would be the best fit for your unique needs.
