What's My Approach to Therapy?
Here's what I know about struggles: they teach us things we didn't know we needed to learn. They're messy and uncomfortable, but they're also where growth happens.
And about those second acts? They're terrifying. Nobody feels ready for retirement, or an empty house, or starting over after loss, or facing that persistent "What's next?" question. It's completely normal to feel unprepared—because you are. We all are.
But here's the thing I've learned: endings always carry the possibility of something new. My job is to help you figure out what that something new might look like for you.
