My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is to take a closer look at the vicious cycle that has encouraged feelings of sadness, anxiety and life patterns which have created failed relationships and self-doubt. Viewing mental health holistically and with a mindfulness based approach, together we can tap into your strengths for solutions that work for you.
Together we can address this difficult but manageable road.
I am available for those living in New York and Virginia. I welcome you to offer real life tools and support with a culturally sensitive ear on your journey. My hope is that you walk away from your work here feeling more confident, hopeful and that you are not a diagnosis!
