What's My Approach to Therapy?
Resilience isn't just about enduring tough times; it's about thriving with the support of emotionally attuned relationships. Research shows that having at least one emotionally available caregiver is foundational for resilience, a truth that extends throughout our lives. The more supportive connections we have, the greater our capacity for personal growth and navigating life's challenges with clarity and connection.
I bring this understanding into my work, combining dual training from the U.S. and U.K. to offer a rich perspective on trauma, addiction recovery, and family systems. My approach is integrative and relational, blending psychodynamic and Jungian theory with evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and sensorimotor techniques. This helps clients develop mind-body awareness and achieve lasting change.
As both an educator and clinician, I am dedicated to helping you uncover the roots of emotional patterns, build self-awareness, and foster resilience through curiosity and compassion. My international experience allows me to tailor my approach to your unique cultural context, ensuring a personalized and inclusive therapy experience.
Working with me is a journey of discovery—recognizing your true worth and unlocking your potential.
