There may be moments in your life when you feel like you have lost touch with who you really are. If you are feeling off balance or disconnected, I am here to help you slow down, tune in, and start making choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
In our work together, I will hold space for you to explore the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside or left unspoken. I take a collaborative and grounded approach, drawing from attachment theory and always guided by what matters most to you. Whether you are navigating a life transition, managing anxiety, or trying to feel more confident in your own skin, I will walk beside you with curiosity and care.
I especially enjoy working with young adults who are asking big questions about identity, purpose, and connection. It is okay if you do not have all the answers. Therapy can be a space where you do not have to perform or pretend. My goal is to support you as you build self-trust, reconnect with your values, and begin to create a life that feels more like your own.
