My Approach to Helping

There may be moments in your life when you feel like you have lost touch with who you really are. Maybe you are questioning your relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling unsure of what comes next. If you are feeling off balance or disconnected, I am here to help you slow down, tune in, and start making choices that feel more aligned with who you are.

In our work together, I will hold space for you to explore the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside or left unspoken. I take a collaborative and grounded approach, drawing from attachment theory and always guided by what matters most to you. Whether you are navigating a life transition, managing anxiety, or trying to feel more confident in your own skin, I will walk beside you with curiosity and care.

I especially enjoy working with young adults who are asking big questions about identity, purpose, and connection. It is okay if you do not have all the answers. Therapy can be a space where you do not have to perform or pretend. My goal is to support you as you build self-trust, reconnect with your values, and begin to create a life that feels more like your own.
