My compassionate approach to therapy aims to create a safe, welcoming and culturally sensitive environment. I have over 10 years experience supporting teens (16+) and adults who are looking to treat anxiety related disorders, depression, and other mental health symptoms, or to resolve specific challenges related to everyday issues around life, work, school, and relationships.

As a licensed social worker and a trained psychologist, I use highly effective approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help my patients build new coping skills and improve their behavioral "toolbox," to more effectively handle stress and increase happiness. I provide services in English and Spanish.
