My Approach to Helping

I'm committed to providing the kind of therapy I would want for someone I love. I bring over 10 years experience helping individuals and couples explore their most pressing concerns in a warm, collaborative, and genuine environment.

I am experienced working with clients from a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, relationship styles (monogamous and open relationships), and gender identities. I practice with a LGBTQ-affirming manner. Overall, I believe you will find my approach open, flexible, affirming, and engaging.

I am an out-of-network provider but for those who cannot use their insurance, I also offer a sliding scale services

Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work

I am integrative and holistic in my approach to mental health and offer clients information on the mind-body connection; how we take care of and treat our bodies directly affects our mental health and how we feel emotionally directly affects how we feel physically. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, but work collaboratively with clients to establish the direction and pace of our work together.
