My Approach to Helping

Whether you are adjusting to the new normal of social distancing, are experiencing a personal crisis, or trying to navigate relationships near or far, it’s my hope to help you cope and feel supported during this stressful time.

I'm committed to providing the kind of therapy I would want for someone I love. I bring over 10 years experience helping individuals and couples explore their concerns in a warm, collaborative, and genuine environment.

I am experienced working with clients from a variety of cultural, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, sexual orientations, relationship styles (monogamous and open relationships), and gender identities. I practice with a LGBTQ-affirming manner. Overall, I believe you will find my approach open, flexible, affirming, and engaging.

Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work

I am integrative and holistic in my approach to mental health and offer clients information on the mind-body connection; how we take care of and treat our bodies directly affects our mental health and how we feel emotionally directly affects how we feel physically. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, but work collaboratively with clients to establish the direction and pace of our work together.
