My Approach to Helping

As a creative therapist, I'm skilled at bringing out people's artistic sides. I am convinced that creativity brings out the truest self, since it comes from a place within without judgment. I also place an emphasis on healing the mind in conjunction with the body, because mind and body are so interconnected. I encourage my clients to start a healthy living routine that works for them.

Even though you might be having trouble finding your place in the world, I want you to take a moment to acknowledge that you're even here. Everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life of freedom, happiness, and growth. You're on your way to finding the insight you're looking for- and the best is yet to come.

More Info About My Practice

I am an artist and I believe in the power of creativity to heal. I'm also passionate about health of mind and body, which I think go hand in hand.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

People come to see me when they're on a journey of self-exploration. Many of my clients struggle with social anxiety, disordered eating, adjustment disorders, or neurodivergence. They tend to be insightful humans who are ready to start questioning the way they think rather than just believing what they already know.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Life is supposed to be fulfilling and exciting, but sometimes we lose touch with ourselves and the world around us. Having difficult experiences can make us get caught up in gloomy thought patterns that can be hard to break on our own. To get to a place of peace, we might just need to hear our thoughts out loud and make a conscious effort to change. In other words, happiness takes some work, work that you don't have to do alone. I would love to help you along in that process to be not only your guider but your cheerleader.
