I have worked with clients addressing a range of concerns, including life transitions, motivation, emotional regulation, interpersonal and relationship issues, career counseling, post-partum, sexual identity, anxiety management, and trauma. My work utilizes a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), somatic processing, and mindfulness to help you make lasting change. My style is about building an authentic connection that creates a deeper self-understanding, confidence, and life fulfillment.
