My Approach to Helping
I have a holistic approach where I address the individual's physical well-being ( nutritional habits, sleep hygiene, activity level) and emotional well-being as well as social factors in treatment. I am a trauma informed Therapist. I also work with adults who are experiencing challenges in regards to their careers, dating and relationships or general life stressors. I also have extensive experience working with diverse cultures as well as the LGBTQIA Population. I have a Middle Eastern background and I speak English and Farsi fluently.

I am certified in CBT and Hypnotherapy. I also like to give homework to my Clients and teach them how to use Journaling as a tool to address their emotional symptoms. I utilize a strength-based approach in therapy.
