I’m straightforward, grounded, and collaborative. I help you understand your emotions, the patterns you fall into, and why certain things hit you so hard. Then we build skills that work in your real world, your family dynamics, your responsibilities, your culture, and your pace.

I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family tension, identity concerns, ADHD, and school or relationship stress. I?m especially skilled in helping first- and second-generation clients make sense of cultural pressures, emotional patterns, and past experiences. Together we build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.
