If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that we all need a strong support network in order to thrive. For many of us, a light was shed on areas of our lives that we would like to improve. Whether it's a strained relationship with a parent, building back self-esteem after a break-up, or even just learning how to feel safe in a scary world, everyone could use some help. I strive to meet my clients where they are in order to help them make positive changes that will bring more satisfaction and stability to their lives.

I am a Resilience Lab therapist. Our mission is to create a systemic impact in the US mental health market by improving access to quality care. We are building the largest and most diverse community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes.
