More Info About My Practice
My office is located in Bucktown, in a discreet location with free convenient street parking and easily accessible by public transportation. I am a BCBS PPO provider, although my services are covered by other insurance providers as well. Please feel free to contact me with questions about my techniques, philosophies, and specializations. I am open to discussing how we can work effectively together.

My role as a therapist is to listen, to understand, and to offer perspectives you may not have considered. As a source of comfort, support, and encouragement, I can provide tools and education. Challenging, with warmth and a sense of humor, you will find my approach authentic and relatable. Ultimately, it is my job to help you improve yourself, your life, and/or your current situation.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
There are innumerable ways in which a person can benefit from therapy. I understand why one may be hesitant to begin, and for this reason I approach every person respectfully with an open attitude toward collaborating on all aspects of the therapy process. I view both therapist and client as equal, finding that we can work together to set the pace and tone of each session so that you are comfortable with the direction we are working.

The most important factor in choosing a therapist is comfort in being with that person. I bring a unique array of knowledge and skills to the therapeutic relationship, but more important than that, I am down to earth.
