My Approach to Helping
There are moments in our lives that makes us feel lost, exhausted, and worried. At times, our thoughts can get out of control and it becomes difficult to get our mind out of the quicksand. Whenever we find ourselves sinking and doing everything in our power to fight from giving up, it takes us away from recognizing, appreciating and enjoying the good parts of life. Truth is, you deserve to suffer less and smile more! You can count on me to support and uplift you from whatever is weighing you down. As your therapist, I will always have your back and guide you every step of the way towards a better future.
My role is to help you find peace and the inner strength to overcome whatever it is that is preventing you from being happy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), along with other evidence-based therapies that will help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and create good fortune in your life.
Eventually, with the right support and guidance, you will discover that you have the ability to create lasting change and live the life you deserve.
