My Approach to Helping
“What we don’t let out traps us. We think, ‘No one else feels this way, I must be crazy.’ So we don’t say anything. And we become enveloped by a deep loneliness, not knowing where our feelings come from or what to do with them.” - Sabrina Ward Harrison
My name is Kelly, and I want to help you learn to love yourself, accept who you are, and release shame and anxiety. I try to offer the space to let out what might be trapping you and the space to realize you are not alone. We all carry a lot and do not need to do so on our own. Shame binds us and keeps us from being fully ourselves and fully alive. I want to help you find what needs to be found in order to release the shame that might be holding you back. As a telehealth-only therapist, you can start this journey right from the comfort of your own home.
