I am a Neurodivergent LCSW, experienced in navigating Autism, ADHD, and Trauma. I utilize a trauma-informed, holistic, biopsychosocial approach in therapy. Modalities include Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT.
I will help you work through your bothersome symptoms, so you can get to a place where they don't affect you as intensely, and so you can function more freely and move towards peace and contentment. I am dedicated and committed to seeking mental health and wellness. I am currently offering telehealth services only.
