Welcome. I aim to provide a warm, supportive and collaborative setting in order to help you work through the concerns that have led you to this site. Ensuring trust and comfort in psychotherapy is an essential component of successful therapy, and is of utmost importance to me. We will begin by identifying the issues that have brought you in and your goals for therapy, as well as uncover relational themes that have arisen in your life. I work from an integrative therapeutic approach, meaning that we will work together on difficulties encountered in the present moment, as well as discover how past experiences have influenced current situations. Our therapy will focus both on immediate symptom relief and on altering long-standing conflicts and patterns.
