What's My Approach to Therapy?

Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her), and I’m dedicated to creating a collaborative space where you can explore, express, and grow at your own pace. Before becoming a therapist, I performed and taught comedy and theater, experiences that continue to shape how I approach therapy today. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into my work, helping people who feel stuck find new ways to move, connect, and grow. I work with people of all ages to build confidence, manage anxiety, and navigate life transitions. I believe that insight and growth often come not just from talking, but from imagination and play. I use evidence-based practices and creative exploration, tailoring each session to what works best for you. Therapy with me is client-led, supportive, and crafted to fit your unique goals and comfort level. I hold a Master’s in Drama Therapy from New York University and have facilitated creative arts and improv-based therapy in educational, community, and clinical settings. I have experience working with neurodiverse clients and with people living with aphasia and other communication differences.
