I firmly believe that therapy can transform peoples lives. I believe this works best when it is collaborative, non-judgmental, empathetic, and highly supportive. I strive to fully understand your issues and join you in the process for healing and recovery. It is my goal that you will feel heard, understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful life changes.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

It is normal to feel anxious, nervous, or uncomfortable when first entering therapy. It is not easy to share very personal information with a stranger. Feel free to share your concerns with your therapist before moving forward, and after some time most people begin feeling more comfortable with the therapy process.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Everyone at various points in their life could benefit from therapy. It takes courage, strength, and bravery to accept that you need help with your problem.
