Relationships lie at the heart of all significant challenges, including depression, trauma, loss, and anxiety. Thus change must occur within the context of a relationship, and therapy offers a unique relationship built on trust, honesty, safety, and a dedication to your growth.

As your therapist, I am fully present, in a way that even a very loving friend or family member may not be. Unlike them, I don't have an agenda. I'm invested solely in the decisions that will improve your quality of life. I help families, groups, and individuals change the way they relate to others so they can embrace new ways of being.

I've helped people of all ages acknowledge and correct unhealthy patterns for seven years. I have expertise in working with children in foster care, as well as children who've faced disruptive family challenges. I am adept at engaging teens in treatment, and I routinely work with the LGBT population. I also offer comprehensive psychological evaluations, in addition to school advocacy and consultation.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a free consultation session. I do use a sliding scale for clients who are concerned about their ability to pay for treatment. I do not accept insurance at this time, but most people with out of network benefits are able to be reimbursed for a large portion of my fee. I will work with you and your insurance company to help facilitate the reimbursement process.
