My Approach to Helping
You may be feeling overwhelmed, overworked, unfulfilled, and dissatisfied. This can bring on things like stress, depression, and anxiety. It can be scary to really take a look at what’s there, all of the things we hope to distract ourselves from. By bringing greater awareness to our experiences, and clarifying our thoughts and feelings around them; we can live with more ease, more peace, and more love for ourselves and everyone in our lives.
Buddhist philosophy helps inform my approach and my life. If you’re interested in exploring that we can certainly go deeper but if you’re not, your session will feel much like a traditional therapy session. My priority is to meet you with an honest open heart and zero judgment. I create a space for you to feel seen and supported for who you truly are. I believe you already have everything within you to make deep and lasting change. I’m here to help you take a step back from unhealthy thought patterns and gain perspective on what may be holding you back from this truth.
