My Approach to Helping

I understand the process necessary for change and can provide assistance to help clients make the changes they are looking for. I have been successful assisting clients as they move forward in area of their lives where they have been stuck for a long time. I am able to draw from several treatment techniques to provide the client with a method that is best suited to their needs. I primarily focus on a psychodynamic model, using a client's past experiences to help them understand the current difficulties they are having. Through insight into current issues, my clients are able to gain momentum and change patterns of behavior that are no longer working for them and move toward a more ideal self.

More Info About My Practice
