As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am committed to the well-being of all of my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
I currently work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in helping individuals to better understand their feelings, learn healthier coping skills, and develop a more positive self-image.
My Role as a Therapist
As humans, we should strive to take steps to better understand and improve ourselves on a daily basis. I find this to be something we can all relate to and take a very empathetic approach in doing so. Through psychotherapy and an effective counseling relationship, we can work together to explore the barriers holding you back from fulfilling these goals and appropriate steps. It is my belief that through a compassionate and authentic therapeutic relationship, the client will learn to express him or herself in a healthy way and will gain a sense of self-efficacy in dealing with his/her life and daily stresses. Ultimately, this can lead to a meaningful life.
