My Approach to Helping
I commend you on taking the first step, but anxiety, depression, feeling lost and out of control are not states you need to endure. I am passionate about helping others build tools and develop the skills they need to find relief and gain the confidence to navigate through life's rough times. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, the goal is to achieve empowerment to work through any current issues while gaining the ability to handle future ones. It is not about controlling the waves, it's about learning to surf them.

My experience and training equip me to support individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, and unhealthy thought patterns. We work together to design and implement strategies that target behavior problems such as anxiety, insomnia, social phobia, attention issues, procrastination, and anything else that distresses you. We will begin from where you are now and work toward where you are determined to go.

I use evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and neurofeedback to reduce anxiety and stress and improve functioning.
