My Approach to Helping

If you are living out old patterns and experiencing pain and conflict in your life, a compassionate skilled therapeutic relationship can offer you the growing environment you need. Therapy and coaching are about blossoming into the greatest version of yourself.
Great change comes from deep self-acceptance and awareness of the gifts of being alive in a body. We will spend time expanding into the present moment, fully experiencing mind and body. You will, at your own pace, release thoughts, feelings and behaviors you no longer need, and move into your true balanced nature. It is with great gratitude that I offer you everything I have learned and experienced through a lifetime of psychotherapy, coaching, yoga and bodywork.

More Info About My Practice

We can deeply explore meditation, breathwork, body awareness and the art of paying attention, slowing down, and feeling content. We need to reclaim natural skills to counter balance our overstimulating, distracting and excessive exposure to media, antagonism and suffering.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I excel at helping you become more self-aware, non-judgemental, relational, and curious. Then you can learn to more smoothly navigate difficult emotional states: anxiety, depression, grief, inner conflict and self-hatred, pain, and impulsiveness. I have success working with adolescents, young adults, parents, and adults experiencing loss through death, divorce and all of life's transitions and challenges.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I think the hardest part is picking up the phone; we can get accustomed to suffering. We experience shame, when in reality all human problems are universal. Therapists are focused on helping, not judging. It is important to push through and reach out when you feel unworthy and ashamed, because these feelings can dissolve.
Once you find the right therapist for you, therapy can be comforting, luxurious, challenging in a great way, and Life-changing! Where else can you have a one hour experience with a professional in which your needs, experiences, emotions, secrets and burdens are the most important thing in the world? As well as your happiness and well being! When you shift for the better, the whole world does; that is the ripple effect of your peace and happiness. Call to connect and get information - you will feel better immediately!
