My name is Nathaniel and I am a therapist who practices collaboratively. My own goal as a therapist is to co-create a space of empathy, safety, and trust that allows you to feel wholly seen and empowered to make progress, whatever that may look like for you. Together we may explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to gain a clearer understanding of your past and present. We may also focus on the future, identifying goals that you feel invested in based on your needs.
