CBT focuses on replacing distressing thought processes and behaviors with positive and productive ones. The psychodynamic approach examines the deeper sources of these behaviors. Some people solve problems by breaking them into components, while others prefer the \"big picture.\" Through my dual methodology I tailor my style to your needs.
