My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling with loneliness, anxiety or sadness which is getting in the way of living the joyful life you want? In addition to helping people enjoy more satisfying relationships, I use evidence-based therapy to help people overcome anxiety, panic, trauma, and sadness. Modalities that I utilize include psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches.
My online practice serves residents of California and New York who travel frequently, are homebound, or have found in-office therapy inconvenient. My therapeutic specialties include working with people in the creative professions, entertainment industry, grief work, dating and relationship coaching, family therapy, and couples treatment.
