My Approach to Helping
I am a fully virtual and specialize in trauma and building emotion-based skills. Through the use of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), we will strengthen life skills such as regulating emotions, mindfulness, and distress tolerance (surviving crises). Using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), we can work together to process traumatic life events and negative beliefs about the self in order to see a brighter future for yourself, free from past trauma. Change is possible and we can make it happen.
