My Approach to Helping
How can you be loved while being true to who you are? How do you protect yourself, while loving and supporting others? It's an exhausting line to walk, full of stress, guilt, anxiety and self-doubt. But you don't have to do it alone.
You deserve to be seen and accepted for what you are. To have a space where you don't have to apologize, or hold back, or be "normal." In my sessions we'll build that space together so you can reconnect with yourself and find what's truly important to you. You decide what you want your life to look like - but you won't have to face it alone.
