My Approach to Helping

I collaborate with folks looking to strengthen relationships, manage their moods, and achieve their goals. I believe good therapy is a unique mix of encouragement and daring, the discomfort of growing, and the satisfaction of growth. Making any changes can be daunting and uncomfortable. A good course of work in therapy can be helpful, healing and entirely worth the effort. The right therapist for you, at the right point in time, can help you create a more satisfying and purposeful life.

If it's time to take stock, reconsider, and reorient your life, let's see if I can be of service.

More Info About My Practice

I work in a hybrid practice, seeing clients both in person and via telehealth. During the summer months, I will see folks entirely via telehealth and will return to in-person sessions in the fall.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I'm a Certified Queer, Trans, Affirming Profession (QTAP) and glad to work with the LGBTQIA2S+ population.

In addition to individual and couples work, I enjoy facilitating small group work on a semester basis; psychoeducational topics addressed include Women In Relationships and Food, Body, and Mood.

I'm also passionate about working with BIPOC communities from a Restorative Justice lens, and I have a certification in RJ from the University of San Diego. I offer a small group incubator that supports clinicians and activists with a Restorative Justice ethos and lifestyle.
